There are so many great new products, you will just need to look at the book online. 

Do you like 007~Bond Girl?  Do you think it's a bit too light and 'daytime'for you?  Do you like fragrances that are just a bit more edgy and smokey...more 'into the night'?  Then you will LOVE the new 007~Bond Girl Forever.  I admit, I liked the original alot, but this new one....I definately wear it more.  And boy does it get compliments!!  In Wal-Mart people come up and tell me how wonderful it smells and they've enjoyed shopping 'behind' me.  LOL

The ANEW Night Gold Emulsion is awesome!!  I've been using it, and it really does help.  You can just about feel the firming and tightening when you put it on.  Some people experience a slight tingle, but of my customers, they like that so they know it's doing something!  *smiles*  They have said it is a very pleasant tingle, much like conditioning your hair with a (real) Peppermint Conditioner. 

Be sure to check out the sale sections.  I really love those.  You can get some really great stuff there and a fraction of the cost.  So if you are pinching pennies like most of us...that will probably be your next stop.

Coming soon (Campaign 16) there will be  a new product from that fantastic Anew line!!   I've been using it and am extremely happy with it!!  It is the ANEW ULTIMATE Night Gold Emulsion.  It is a clear "serum" looking product that has real gold 'powder' in it that you can actually see. When you apply it to your face, you immediately notice it is much softer and smoother, feeling much more youthful than it has in some time. (That was my experience with it.)  I have only just begun using it, but know it is one addition to my treatment that I will be continuing! 

I really don't care to be selling something I have never tried.  And I give each item equal trial. I usually know within a few days if it is something that I like and would keep using, or if it didn't work for me.  With AVON, I haven't found anything that I wouldn't continue to use.  (Just ask Darryl how my bathrooms counter and drawers are!  ha ha)

{Note to the readers, Pamela (me) is writing this up.  Please take into consideration that sometimes I ramble or run 2 or 3 conversation points together as a result of some of my injuries from the disabling auto accident we had.  So if I get off track at times, just keep reading, I should snap out and be on track again soon.}

I must say, when we started in AVON, we only expected to sell some great items.  I was in AVON years ago, and it's amazing how much MORE you can do with it now.  No territories or boundaries, you can have a web site (and AVON makes it and keeps it up to date, you don't have to do anything except personalization!), you can sell to your friends and family across the country and by doing it on your web site, it ships direct to their door-Free!! And, you can have a 'store front', and the list goes on. 

I was talking to one gal about what all you can do with AVON, and her Mom signed up with me.  Then the one I was talking to joined as well.  I'm excited for them.  They both have separate areas of potential, and both have the opportunity of going as far as they wish.  We are the kind that if we sign someone up, we WILL be there to help them and answer any questions, help them build their team if they want to go into Leadership, etc.

This helped us achieve Leadership.  Then we recruited another who will be on the selling end and will do so much, it's crazy the potential she has.  I'm talking to another lady who will see that she also has one of those golden opportunities where the sky isn't even the limit.  Where she works will gain her about 12 customers right off the bat, not counting any friends and family. 

Everyday we struggle with the fact that our Daughter-in-law would have SO MUCH potential and be able to make such great earnings, but she is bound by her worries of selling when in fact, selling wouldn't even be hardly an issue for her.  She's bright, intelligent, witty, friendly, cares about people, is very colorful and unique in her make-up and appearance, etc.  I LOVE IT!  She is the kind of person who could start this and before she realizes what's happening, she's tops and awestruck as to how her business took off so fast and got her so far so quickly.  Not to mention all the bonus opportunities to make even more money

I realize we all have moments where we can see potential in people and want so much for them (especially in a case like this where they are family~ family we care for where blood doesn't matter in the least!) that we almost ache from it.  And we almost want to sign them, build their business and hand it over, but, alas, we can not do that.  It wouldn't be ethical or fair, and possibly not legal.  But....you can only say so much.  Then you have to leave it be.....and sit there and wait for themr to possibly change their mind.  lol  The waiting can drive a person mad.  O.o

So, back to working our business.  Did I tell you we DID achieve PC Apprentice?  That is is awesome because it opens so many more opportunities to us.  We are so happy to be there.  The money is better, the potential for growth is better business wise, emotionally, financially, etc. PC apprentice is a program for new recruits that helps condition you and your business to be in Presidents Club (higher earnings and LOTS more avenues there) by the end of your first year in business.  From there you can just keep building your business, meeting goals, and enjoying working for yourself with no clock to punch.
